Welcome back Wheelers Seafood Restaurant and Takeaway as a festival partner!
A successful collaboration between Wheelers Seafood Restaurant and Takeaway and the Eden Whale Festival resulted in an unforgettable opening night for our art exhibitions centre in 2018.
Featuring Wheeler’s famous Sydney Rock Oysters and bubbly, Wheelers put their special touch on our exhibition opening.
Artists, community members and visitors had the opportunity to mingle while appreciating the work of our talented local artists.
Last year we transformed an empty space on Imlay Street, kindly donated by Jason and Alina Matterson of the One Stop Discount Shop, into a pop up gallery space.
Combined with a inspiring speech from Laurance O’Toole, World Champion Timber Sportsman, the evening was one not to miss.
This year Wheelers will again be supporting our exhibition launch and help us to create another memorable evening.
We will bring some of the regions best potters, wood workers, amateur photographers and mixed media artists together in one location again.
In addition to Wheelers supporting this event, the Port Authority of NSW, Forestry Corporation of NSW, Imlay Craft INC., the Eden Lionesses, the Log Cabin Quilters and the Eden Men’s Shed are all helping out once again this year with our exhibition centre and competitions.
Supporting more than the exhibition opening this year.
Wheelers is not just supporting the festival with the exhibition centre launch. We will also be working with Wheelers to put on a fantastic fundraiser in the spring.
Keep your ear out for the dates of this not to miss soiree and other fundraising events that will support our festival.
Thank you again to Wheelers Seafood and Takeaway for your ongoing support of the Eden Whale Festival.
It is the essential partnerships such as this one that make our festival possible.
We look forward to working with you again to offer these memorable events to our community and visitors!
